PLEASE NOTE: Any software that needs to be re-installed on a computer must have the media and the original license keys.


Now, you may be asking the question: Why two different prices?

Basically it’s because when someone calls with a “Break/Fix” situation, I have to drop what I’m doing and go fix something. Which makes me less efficient than I want to be. If I can schedule regular maintenance thus preventing certain situations, I am much more efficient and  “Break/Fix” issues are less likely to happen in the first place. Thus saving you money and keeping you up and running without downtime.
